Problem-Reaction-Solution:

They create the PROBLEM then the encourage and steer a certain REACTION then the riding as their self-labelled "WHITE KNIGHT" in (not so) shining Armour and say hey presto we have a SOLUTION to save the day (that they constructed). Ironically they truly believe that the WHOLE population that make up what they call the "Useless Eaters" and those they labelled as "First to Go because they are #Worthless'" are truly stupid and ignorant. For them the "Few" [outliers] that are fully aware of reality that do not fall into the two before mentioned categories do not matter because they will get jumbled in with them.
