IT IS EASY TO SCREAM AND SHOUT BUT WHAT IS NEEDED ARE "SOLUTIONS" THAT ARE REALISTIC> AFRICANS LACK CAPABILITIES. THEY DO NOT HAVE THE SKILL SET NEEDED EITHER. BRIDGING THESE WEAKNESSES IN THE YOUNGER GENERATION SHOULD BE WHAT IS THE "FOCUS" AS ONLY WHEN WE EN-MASS RE-EDUCATE AND SKILL THE POPULACE CAN ANYTHING AT ALL CHANGE OVER TIME. PUT THE PRESENT DAY AFRICAN IN A TIGHT SPOT IT KNOWS NOT WHAT TO DO INSTEAD IT RUNS TO ITS OPPRESSOR FOR SOLUTIONS. THAT NEEDS TO CHANGE AND THAT CAN ONLY BE DONE BY TRAINING AND TEACHING THE NEXT GENERATIONS SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES SUCH AS DEEP DIVE RESEARCH.

Africa is at the cross-roads bleeding profusely from the wounds inflicted on it by various other groups but largely those inflicted on it by its own people. For many, taking the time to "understand" the "HOW" Africa got to this point in human history is something many bury their head in the sand to as they fall into the trappings of Denial and Dismissal vindicating themselves senselessly with the thoughts of "self" first so Africa somehow does not "matter".

No matter how we want to look at the African Development Conundrum the fault lies at our own feet for colluding with others to destroy self.

Sadly, it is our very own Fathers, Mothers, Grandfathers, grand Mothers, Brothers, Sisters, Cousins, Nephews, Nieces, Aunts, Uncles, Friends and Foes that have committed all the corruption, self-dehumanization, Servitude, Hypocrisy, Blindfolding and worst of all the very "MAINTENANCE" of the system/structure of both mindset and behavior that has kept Africa and its people in this perpetual state of servitude and dehumanization.

That time has come that those who are well-meaning need to start looking "INWARD" and sitting (engaging in genuine discussions) their direct and extended family members down and making them "understand" that this needs to stop and if they are deeply involved in the corrupt practices in one way or another then they need to cease being involved in the destruction of self Thus, if they are not (for example, they are members of the younger generation) then we, the older generation, need to start teaching them ways to develop and habituate a conducive mindset that prevents them from becoming looters and colluding with others in future.

It starts with YOU, simply understand the structure of the society we have all inherited from a colonial past and once understood explain to the future generation 'how' to use the very system that is today corrupted to clean house (Thinking-Outside-The-Box in an innovative manner) as the fabric of corruption within society is the legal system. the political system, the armed forces, the clandestine organizations, the internal armed forces (police/secret security forces etc.), businesses, the scientific community mindset, the "health/pharmaceutical" sectors, the lack of commitment to truth by the mass media and notoriously the religious sectors.

All these sectors of society need to be understood, as well as appraised for how they are and their contributions to the self-destruction of a race as a solid understanding of these sectors is a crucial first step towards applying the brain-cell to innovatingly (Out-Of-The-Box-Thinking) produce solutions to improve their input to society for all..

Thus, the younger generation need to be mentally/emotionally prepared to ensure they develop a future society that cleans these things up ensuring they are not havens of corrupt practices.

Africa and its people is in a very sick place in time and only when the people wake-up to this reality can they then start "applying" their brain-cells to the overwhelming majority of the problems that face Africa and its people  now and in the future 'globally' as the problem is not specific to Africa mainland but also to those in the Diaspora.
